_____________________________________________________ 2008 Racing Season All classes will remain the same this season. Open practice - Saturday, April 19, 2008 from 1:00P.M.-5:00P.M. Admission for racers is $15.00, all others are FREE. Summer Series starts April 26, 2008 and ends August 30, 2008. Fall Series starts September 6, 2008 and ends October 18, 2008. To be eligible for year-end awards, you must purchase a Paradise Speedway License and you must race at least half of the scheduled races. No license is required for the Fall Series. The license fee is $50.00 and is payable when you send in your release form. Points - The two worst finishes for the Summer Series, (not including DQ), will be dropped from the point total. This will allow people to take vacation without losing points. Fall Series will NOT drop any races. Tire Rule - Paradise Speedway will be enforcing a Burris ONLY tire rule again this year for all go kart classes, (except caged kart classes). All racers who return their release form(s) and pay for their license by April 1, 2008 will receive 50 bonus points. NO EXCEPTIONS. Make all checks payable to Gary Palone. The 2008 schedule is under development. We are making several changes to the Micro rules. Basically, we will be going by the new PA 500 Rules plus some additional changes for Paradise Speedway.
